Exchange & Refunds
We will accept exchanges (except for SVAN), provided we are notified by email within 3 days upon you receiving your order. Exchanges are subjected to stock availability. We do not allow refunds.
Products for exchange or return must be in NEW, ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase (i.e. receipt) intact. Please email us at email@example.com with your request, and we will be in contact with you.
Local mail charges (both ways) will be borned by you, and we will not be responsible for shoes lost in mail.
For products bought from our retailers and other websites, please liaise with them directly as they may be covered by a different exchange/returns policy which will overide this website's.
